Extended Warranty Terms & Conditions
By purchasing the Extended Protection Plan, you agree to the following terms:
1. Coverage Period
This protection plan provides coverage for 12 months from the date of original product delivery.
2. What Is Covered
This plan covers:

Manufacturing defects
- Shipping Defects

Electrical or mechanical failure under normal use
3. What Is NOT Covered
This plan does not cover:

Accidental damage, misuse, or abuse

Water damage unless explicitly stated

Normal wear and tear

Gradual loss of performance over time

Cosmetic damage such as scratches, scuffs, dents, or discoloration

Wear caused by repeated use (including reduced battery life, weakened materials, or loosened components)

Aging of materials due to regular usage

Lost or stolen items
4. Claim Window (VERY IMPORTANT)
All warranty claims must be submitted within 7 days of discovering the issue and no later than 12 months from the delivery date.
Claims submitted outside this window will not be honored.
5. Claim Process
To file a claim, customers must:

Provide photo or video evidence of the issue
Failure to provide required information may void coverage.
6. Resolution
Approved claims will be resolved at our discretion by:

Replacement of the product, or

Store credit equal to the product value
No cash refunds are provided under this plan.
7. Refund Policy for Warranty Plan
The Extended Protection Plan is a digital service and is non-refundable once delivered, except where required by law.
8. One Claim Limit
Each protection plan is limited to one approved claim per order.
9. Transferability
This protection plan is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
