Noyré Return & Store Credit Policy
At Noyré, we want you to love your experience. If something isn't right, we're here to make it easy.
Store Credit — Not Cash Refunds We offer store credit in place of cash refunds. Store credit is issued for the amount paid at time of purchase (not retail list price) and never expires. Store credit is non-transferable and issued only to the original purchaser's account and email address. Items purchased on sale or with a discount code receive store credit equal to the amount actually paid.
Eligibility Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of the order fulfillment date — the date your tracking number was generated and the order was handed to the carrier. To be eligible, the item must meet all of the following conditions: the frame has no visible wear or damage beyond normal inspection, all resistance bands are intact and unmodified, all original accessories and components are included, and the item is not missing any parts. Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender at their expense. Each customer is eligible for a maximum of one return per order.
How to Request a Return Email helpcentre403@gmail.com with your order number, the email address used at checkout, your reason for return, and clear photos of the item in its current condition. Return instructions will be sent within 1–2 business days of receiving your request. If you do not receive a response within 3 business days, please follow up before initiating any dispute with your payment provider, as delayed responses do not extend your return window.
Return Shipping Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Use a trackable shipping method and retain your tracking number. Noyré is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. Store credit is only issued after the returned item has been received and inspected, and the item must match the original order. Shipments containing incorrect, empty, or substituted items will not be credited.
Once We Receive Your Return Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, store credit will be issued to the original purchaser's account within 3–5 business days. If the item does not meet eligibility conditions upon inspection, store credit will not be issued and the item will be returned to the sender.
Damaged or Defective Items If your Noyré Pilates Fold arrives damaged or defective, contact us at helpcentre403@gmail.com within 7 days of the fulfillment date. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or video of the damage or defect. Verified defective items will receive either a replacement unit or store credit equal to the amount paid — Noyré's determination is final. No other remedy is implied or guaranteed.
Chargebacks & Disputes We ask that customers contact us at helpcentre403@gmail.com before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. We are committed to resolving issues fairly and promptly. This policy, along with all submitted documentation, will be provided to our payment processor in the event of a dispute.
