For the price, this is a solid product. My husband and I bought these with some of our Christmas gift cards and have made it a part of our weekly routine. Pros: collapsible, room temp water heats up very quickly, fits size 11+ (M) feet, remote works pretty well Cons: temperature control - the hottest temperature setting can get too hot. The middle setting sometimes does not seem much different from the high setting if you go from high to medium; bubbles- very gentle and I wish they were stronger
